This property rolled up any amenities at 4 PM. Could not even get a cup of coffee. Even in the morning could not get coffee until 7 when dining room opened. That had a restroom on the first floor but took 2 days to find. When I asked, they even said wasn't one. To get a coke you had to use a kiosk that actually never opened but would say you bought 9 items and charge you for it. Management told me that oh well it will resolve itself. I had to call credit card company and place a dispute for those charges. Also, when I asked regarding a cup of coffee in the morning, they actually told me I needed to walk 2 blocks - it was 5:30 in the morning, dark in a very unsafe area. Would never ever stay that this hotel again.

It was great all around. The check in was easy. The room was reserved in my husband’s name; I like that they had me call my husband to verify I was okay to check in on our behalf.
