The hotel breakfast was the best thing about the stay. With only one elevator, it was a terrible inconvenience. I am a disabled person and was on the 2nd floor and couldn't get downstairs.

Arrived to check in and was told the check in was pushed to 4pm because of lack of cleaning staff. The front desk had no knowledge of the Cocert for Carolina with 80,000 peoplein their town. The staff could not tell us where the Bank of America stadium is....home of the Carolina Panthers. We checked in at almost midnight, The entrance had 5 or 6 rowdy men smoking and swearing. Our room had a toilet that was about 12 inched off the floor-it was like a toilet for a child. Plastic tissue box covered with dust and soap splatter. Coffee maker only had DECAF. Front desk required 100 dollar deposit for ??? to be refunded in 3 days. This Holiday Inn in Charlotte, NC was a nightmare.

One elevator was broken. The drain in the tub was clogged. Staff was friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. Patience with the elevator and had to ask someone to unclog the shower drain…

Very nice rooms, nice location, would have been 5 stars but we were told elevators did work so we carried our luggage up 4 flight's of stairs to be told by the next shift front desk that the elevator works. He looks at us like we had 5 heads

Was super noisy all day long, one of the elevator wasn’t working because they were updating it & it was extremely inconvenient especially since we had multiple events to attend. The bathroom I noticed didn’t have the updated toilet paper and had half of a used roll.

Very comfortable stay
It was a very comfortable stay. Arrival was pleasant. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. We did not purchase the breakfast option. it was quiet and the location was in an area with plenty of restaurant options and shopping. Easy on and off access to I-85
