When I arrived the air conditioner in the room was broken and it was noisy on my floor. I could not get any sleep. The next room they gave me, the bathroom sink was clogged. There was no free parking and I had to use the hotel's valet parking. Which costs $45.00 a day. I found out in the hotel website that valet parking is actually $35.00. Also, they require a $7.00 tip to be given each day you use valet.

Would have given 5 stars except the parking fees are ridiculous. Paid $70 (seventy) dollars to park from 10 pm till we left at 8 am. Stayed for 2 nights and all together we paid $140 TO PARK. My personal opinion is that is beyond expensive. Hotel is clean and beautiful, staff awesome.

I did not like my room facing the street. It was extremely noisy throughout the entire night. Also the neighbors were up all night and into the morning screaming and yelling. I got no sleep and was very irritable in the morning. I have stayed here mutiple times in the past and this was the worst. Sadly I will not be returning.

Front desk staff was friendly and check in was quick. Our suite, lobby, and breakfast area was very clean. The location of this hotel is a bit sketchy, a lot of homeless people around but we realized there was a community center nearby. But not the hotels fault just should have researched better. A women came up to us as we were getting luggage out of car. We had a toddler with us so had to be cautious walking around. We went to early dinner within a few blocks. The area was just convenient for us since the children’s library and discovery museum is also close by. As for the hotel itself, it seemed newly renovated. Yet, parking is very expensive at $45! The attendant was a bit rude and expected an additional tip which I felt was absurd. I also wish check out was an hr later instead of 11am. Noon would have been better. Our suite was nice and large enough with a kitchen. Although clean I think housekeeping forget to refill the shower conditioner bottle and the tissue box was empty.

Property location was easy for entering and exiting the city. Staff were friendly and very helpful. $45 daily valet fee seemed like a steep price, but service was usually quick.

Went for a weekend getaway, and the hotel was nice! It looked really new and was clean. There are some issues with homelessness around the area, even though it's in a really safe area.

We stayed here for one night and enjoyed it. The room was spacious and clean (though the barn door for bathroom provides very little privacy). We played games and had a drink in bar downstairs, and the continental breakfast was filling. We were able to walk to Bank of America stadium and Discovery Place easily. DON'T park in the garage next door on your own - choose hotel valet. Garage is $35/night and resets at 4 am so we paid $70 to park for less than 24 hours.
