Mostly great it was a beautiful hotel. Staff was lacking friendliness and professionalism. The cleaning staff rarely did maintenance. Stayed there 9 days. Its standard to at least check if we needed toilet paper, towels, etc. also breakfast staff everytime was seen angry like they really disliked their job. Slamming utensils, plates, and food down when refilling.

I was pleased with most everything. The parking is a bit of a challenge as limited spaces but I never had a problem getting a space. They are just a little close for large pick up trucks. But it worked out okay.

TOO MUCH AIR FRESHNER
Overall, it was fine. #1 WAY TOO MUCH AIR FRESHNER We would have changed hotels but it was non refundable. #2 Room 107 had a brown stain on the wall in the bathroom above toilet, carpet looked very worn , sink did not drain. Hotel staff was great. I was in town for business, very convenient.

Safety of parking lot (although someone did bump into our vehicle at parking lot), location - close to shops (coffee, food Harris Teeter grocery store). We enjoyed our beds (super comfy mattresses) and had a murphy bed which was a huge plus as traveled with 3 kids. Breakfast was filling and tasty, many options. Pool was closed for the season. Cleaning staff was professional and trusting, provided extra things without request. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and are looking forward to our next stay.
