The name says it all! This is the perfect vacation spot where you can lay back, relax, and let go of your every day worries. This truly original and beautiful home has a southern, full-brick feel and an amazing waterfront view of Lake Norman from almost every room in the house!

Spread out between six bedrooms, each featuring new furniture, mattresses, and bedding. The deck off of the eat-in kitchen area is ideal for your morning coffee or sunset drinks. This Lake Norman home features great charm, and the views give this home the atmosphere your friends and family will cherish.

The main entrance opens with a custom door into a large foyer and the fun instantly begins with a pool table greeting all the guests in one of two game rooms. It's the perfect place to challenge your guest to some pool. Off game room #1, is an attached dining room with a large table and seating for 8 featuring sawgrass wallpaper and judges paneling.

As you walk down the hall, guests are greeted with an open area featuring the kitchen with an island, two sitting areas, a bar, and office space, along with an eat-in kitchen with seating for 6. The large, newly renovated kitchen features a huge marble island with stainless steel appliances and lit cabinets. The kitchen island has swanky chairs and seating for 4 guests to enjoy breakfasts or engage with the chef while the group's meals are prepared. All the areas open to the back deck with fantastic views of the lake and dining table.

The main level features one bedroom with a queen bed and cozy bedding. There is a recently renovated full bath as well, with a glass shower and marble sink.

As we wander to the upper level of Laid Back Lake Life, there are five bedrooms and three full baths, including a primary bedroom with an ensuite bath, sleeping 13. There is a bunk room for the kids to enjoy with a two twin beds and one trundle, sleeping 3. As you venture further down the hall, there are two bedrooms: a queen and king bedroom. At the end of the hall are 2 bedrooms: one with two queen beds & the primary both with ensuite baths; both feature glass showers, and the primary has a soaking tub.

The game rooms are where all the action will occur. Be it ping pong, foosball or a game of pool, the guests during your stay will love the game rooms!Lastly, the garage has been converted into an additional game room! This area features an air hockey table, foosball, a 50" TV, and an additional mini-fridge for all the adult and kid beverages.
The laundry room is fully equipped with a mini kitchen featuring a mini-fridge and microwave.

Outdoors features a large deck off of the main level! The yard has a newly built outdoor kitchen with a large table with seating for 10, a built-in grill with a mini fridge, and a fire pit with built-in seating. Each group will spend most of their time enjoying this new feature. Laid Back Lake Life features a brand-new dock and a large beach area. Conveniently located on the dock are all of the fun lake toys, which include a kayak, a paddle board, and an assortment of life jackets.

- A maximum of 2 pets are allowed at this home. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $175 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we cannot always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
