Pros: This property was nice, clean, updated, trendy, and spacious (I stayed in a suite), and the staff was friendly. Cons: This area was not very walkable, and I was unsure how safe the overall area was. A (very kind) homeless man was outside the hotel at 5 a.m. when I went to let my dog out, and I had seen several others in the area throughout my stay. Several access points (near the dog area & the outdoor lounge) were open at all times, so there were possible safety concerns for some. The only thing that frustrated me was the internet was not working, so neither were the TVs (they used Roku). They had been in touch with Spectrum but were very nonchalant about the whole thing while I sat in a hotel room for two days with absolutely nothing to do (I was there due to Hurricane Helene). Because of this, I had to switch hotels. I don't think they were letting new visitors know (or at least they didn't let me know), which I didn't appreciate.

This property is a great value and conveniently located in Charlotte. Their internet service needs improving. The staff is wonderful, from the front desk to the household personnel.

Great hotel with nice amenities and staff. The surrounding area, outside of the hotel property, leaves some to be desired, but that is no fault of the hotel’s. At the end of the day, this is a great option, especially considering the price!

315 Loso is nice comfortable hotel. I have stayed there several times and have always been pleased. It is convenient to the airport and to town. I made my next reservation when I checked out today.

Everything about the hotel, the area, the staff, the price, the cleanliness the bed, was perfect. Only one issue: The room AC is free standing and not built into the wall or windows. It worked great, but was very noisy - even on the lowest setting. It didn't keep me awake, but it might bother light sleepers! Looking forward to staying again next weekend.

The property was nice however we had to switch rooms because of gnats but that didn’t help because there were more in the other room as well. We didn’t change rooms or up to another hotel because it was late.
