The hotel was difficult to find with signage not being on the main road. Upon entry, it smelled clean. I was not pleased to find out during check in that only a cold breakfast was served, no cooked food. My room appeared clean but when i went to shower, i discovered that the previous guests dirty towels were still hanging on my bathroom door. There also was no iron or ironing board in the room, so i had to request one from the front desk. We only stayed one night in the hotel, but all of us were extremely congested the following morning. As i was taking my shower, i noticed the bathroom vent was disgusting, almost black from the build up of dust. I have a severe allergy to dust and I'm sure this was the cause of my allergy flare up later that afternoon. There also was signs of mildew (pink) in the corners of the shower. Deep cleaning needs to occur!

The property is clean and well maintained. The lady at check in wasn’t rude but didn’t smile or appear friendly. The area of town it’s in is not very good. If the Waffle House across the street is walk up only after dark and the dennys closes at 9pm clearly the neighborhood is poor. I had to get fast food drive through to feel safe. The facilities parking lot however was well lit and felt safe. The room was clean and I slept well.

Just don’t stay here
When I arrived it was a homeless man walking around the parking lot which is very unsafe, the front desk rep when i checked in was very nice and helpful if it was for her I would’ve given this hotel a 1 star . House keeping somehow forgot clean the old towels out of the room. It should be a rule that guests aren’t allowed to walk the hallway on their phone all night. Guess is a hotel for truckers 👎…

You can hear a lot of what's going on in the other rooms around you. (We heard the neighbors being *intimate*) The actual location of the hotel is hidden and in a great area around Charlotte.

Nothing that I like, it was unsafe in the parking lot, i and my friend had to sleep in the car to watch our car cause they had a sign that they don't take responsibility for any break in or stealing our stuffs. It's not safe to stay at all. We paid for the three room but sleep in the cars.
