Charlotte Spring Getaway
The property hasn’t been cleaned good. The property had a broken bed frame that the owner neglected to mention and refused to replace. The property didn’t have working smoke detectors. The property didn’t have sufficient towels, hand, & wash towels. The dishwasher didn’t work. The couch had a large stain on it. The walls had fingerprints & holes on them. There was a gas smell in the kitchen from the stove or fireplace. I reported the issues to VRBO but they didn’t do anything to help us. We won’t be using VRBO in the future.
