Professionally cleaned between stays! These new digs come with a private entrance, private room with comfy Queen size bed, Smart TV, fast WiFi, working desk area, private bath with full tub, large closet, air mattress, & kitchenette area with Keurig coffee maker, microwave, microfridge, & cutlery.

This space is located on the bottom floor of a like new residence. You will have your own entrance along the side of the house and not have access to the rest of the home. You will have your own private room, bathroom and kitchenette. Complimentary coffee and creamer are available. The apartment is completely private and yours. It's essentially a hotel room without the hassle of the hotel.

Keypad entry with unique code just for your stay. Entry to private apartment is around back of the house. You walk around the left side of the house, through the fence gate, and down the pathway. **Please watch your step**

This property is located in Wesley Heights just minutes to uptown Charlotte and all area attractions! Walking distance to Uptown and close to Bank of America stadium, Wesley Heights is an emerging neighborhood near Uptown, with a trendy food and drink scene that includes burger joints, breweries, donut shops &  gourmet grocery stores. Two of the areas green spaces are linked by the cycle and walking route Wesley Heights Greenway - Frazier Park with its community gardens and sports and the smaller Seversville Park.

Uber/Lyft are great options for getting around. Lime scooters are available for rent uptown. Look for the trolley to be coming to the area soon.

The homeowner lives in the 2nd and 3rd floor of this home. These floors are not accessible to anyone that rents the private room on the 1st floor. They cannot enter your private space, nor can you enter theirs.

SAFETY DEVICES:
Exterior security camera present: Ring doorbell on property at the door accessing the property. This will be on during your stay and is for your safety and ours.

Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.

In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which is required for Vrbo reservations.
