Clean and pleasant accommodations, staff were professional and very nice, tasty breakfast, and reliable airport shuttle. The shuttle left the hotel exactly on time and dropped us off less than minutes later. I realize traffic conditions can definitely have an effect on this, but to me it indicated I made a good choice based on the hotel’s proximity to the airport and good shuttle service provided. Excellent overall, and my second good experience with Tru in Charlotte- the other location had similar good qualities. We’ll be using Tru every time we fly out of Charlotte now!

I liked that it was close to the airport. It was kind of a madhouse at the airport. Everyone dashed to the shuttle and it was a fight to get a seat. But it was easy to schedule a time in the morning to be picked up. The property was clean and comfortable.
