We had an issue checking into another property in Charlottetown. It was nearing midnight and the clerk at the front desk gave us an amazing rate and made us feel welcome and wanted when another property had not. Great customer service!

We were the only room on the wing because the rest of the rooms were under repair. It took 10 mins for the shower to get up to temperature, likely due to being the only room on the wing and we were at the very end.

They are definitely working on improvements. We got to stay in a renovated room which was lovely. Things not working in the newly renovated room were reported.
