Placed in room with noisy machine outside window. Power tool cutting metal in morning. Changed to new room. Quiet. Well laid out in contrast to first.After that All was fine. Place is busy. Some staff at front desk spoke English as second language poorly. No French.Most are friendly & helpful enough. Some not!

Good for a business trip. This was a convenient location and easy to get to on a recent business trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet and comfortable.

Had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Charlotte Town. Rooms were new and modern, very clean ans comfortable. Bathroom was massive and had everything we need, love all the Dove toiletries and they were full size! The staff were all very kind and helpful and the breakfast options were decent… just a bit salty. Not quite enough parking some nights but that’s because some hotel guests drive large trailers. Suggestions is to add some lactose free milk options to the breakfast bar! Otherwise 5/5 and would stay again!
