Everyone was friendly and its close to many stores and dine-in places nearby. Close drive to the airport and town. Overall a great experience. It just needs a hottub.

So musty
The smell of mildew hits you in the face as you open the door; I spoke to the attendant on duty and he came down to the room and informed me that they aware of the odor and have in turn informed the owners who have done nothing…my concern is why rent this room out to people when they know there is an issue; its not that there was nothing else available because they offered us to look at 2 additional rooms that were available if we wanted to move…along with the musty smell, the sink/tub drain poorly and baseboards are falling off….definitely needs some TLC

The air circulation in room was terrible so you had to have the air conditioner fan on which was archaic and made so much noise you couldn't sleep. We were in the add on section I guess and the steps coming and going were terrible. An accident waiting to happen for most older people. The dining room service in the evening was very slow. Will not be staying there again for the price we paid.

Nice hotel, although we stayed in the drive up rooms which were a little dated . It was comfortable though. Breakfast in the hotel was good . It was easy to catch the local bus no 1 into Charlotte town centre. Plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel.
