The place is amazing and front staff are so friendly and helpful.. only downfall is the management as we offered to pay $100 to stay 3 hours extra so $50 less what we would have paid to stay the night and were told no not to mention we had already stayed 5 nights!! My husband and I had a wonderful stay while visiting family in Charlottetown! I grew up in Charlottetown and had always been curious about this place, and our stay did not disappoint. The staff were friendly, our room was cozy, and the cookies were delicious. We would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend to anyone!

Room was great but on the street level so that opening the blinds leaves you open to ‘be seen’. Second floor may be preferred for that reason but lovely room and wonderful Bed!! Lobby/ Lounge area gorgeous and ‘homey’ Old style leather furniture and fireplace lounging as in the early 1900’s
