Overall the place is comfortable but a little tired with luke warm and weak shower. The breakfast was motel style, all precooked and in self serve containers, not our expectation in a small B&B or inn. This is a place that would only take small changes to be excellent.

We enjoyed the King James Room very much. It is on the first floor and both the bedroom and bath are unusually spacious. Very comfortable bed, and the window opens for fresh air. The bathroom needs new linoleum, but other than that—high marks for the room and breakfast.

The facility is a beautiful, older house in great condition. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The internet was good. The breakfast was a surprise, as we were expecting a continental style. We were supplied with a hot breakfast with plenty of variety. Thanks for the restful stay!

Parking and location was terrific. Breakfasts were very nice and fresh. The room we had was a good size. The sheets were very soft. Our door to our room stuck though and the toilet paper holder was all rusty and very loose. Lamp shades were all quite loose and always crooked.

The building is beautiful and the staff is very pleasant. The variety of food at breakfast was more than expected and all delicious. There was something for everyone. Great place. My grandson keeps saying how much he liked it.
