All was very good for the hotel, but very bad for the car hire because there is no Avis office at the station ... So no car to go with !!! 😢😢😢 (The car who was paid !)

Nice hotel, close to the cathedral. Air conditioning was great, great view of the cathedral from room. Excellent safe parking, Good breakfast. Very good value for money

Lovely staff and let us park for the day when we went to the Olympics. Chartres is a great city to visit and the Campenil a great choice

More than ok for a price
Our room was tidy and spacious enough. We found corridors worn and untidy. Many thanks for the parking space in the courtyard. Garage on the other hand lookes grim. Their inexpwnsive breakfast was worth the price.

Great spot!
Really nice and comfortable accommodations in a central location close to the cathedral and the train. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Note there are a few steps between floors, even with the elevator access. Great option for exploring Chartres.

Great Location in Comfortable Hotel
Great location in central Chartres with a very comfortable bed for an excellent night’s sleep. It was a hot day but the aircon quietly kept us cool. The only small downside is the shower drain filter needed cleaning as the water was slow to drain. The buffet breakfast was basic but good. Apart from a small gripe I’d certainly stay again especially as it has on site parking.
