Great Overnight Stopover in Poitiers
The lady who runs the hotel was so helpful and welcoming. The place is recently decorated and so nice and clean. It's very very basic but as an overnight stop on a budget its excellent. The breakfast was fine and plentiful. We regularly drive to Spain and this is perfectly placed for the A10 autoroute.

Everything as expected for a budget hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed big and comfortable. Breakfast was good value for money. My only bad comment would be that there's an unpleasant smell in the reception area.

Basic, cheap stay
Booked this late evening for the same night. Read the very small print later and realised not able to check in after 9p.m. which we would be doing. No answer to phone call, panic call to Expedia who managed to get thru on another number. On speaking to a lady was given the entry code and room number. This should have been on my confirmation which 24 hours later I have still not received! On arrival no problem using the details I had been given, but make sure you receive this entry code. The room was clean and ok for an overnight stay, very basic. Did not have breakfast but the area looked clean and good.

car park issue
On arrival the elec gate was broken and we couldnt park in car park. Despite advertising 24hr check in - it is actually all automated and via a remote voice link to a call centre who couldnt resolve gate issue. Room itself spotless and bed very comfortable. Despite this I would stay again if wanting to break up long trip to Spain

Chambre plus que sale, plein de poussière et de trucs au sol sans compter les bêtes bien sûr (je veux bien qu’il y ai 1 /2 araignée et des mouches à la rigueur cela ne se contrôle pas toujours j’en ai conscience) mais là des dizaines de bête (ressemblant à des blattes) au sol et même dans le lit je n’ai presque pas dormi

Bien à part une évacuation des chambres à 1h00 du matin suite à un réveil mouvementé par la sirène stridente du signal d’incendie. Du sans doute a un idiot n’ayant rien trouvé de mieux que de filmer dans sa chambre munis d’un détecteur de fumée
