The hot water in my room ran out before I was finished with my shower. Today there was no hot water in the shower at all. When I told the man at reception, he asked if I understood how to turn the hot water on. Since I had just told him about running out of hot water while showering, elementary thinking should have told him that I knew how to turn on hot water. Plus, I look every bit of my 73 years. Elementary reasoning should have told him that I probably know how to use shower hardware. ALSO----I left a pair of tiny diamond earrings out in the open, on my bedside table. I was in room 304 and when I left my room to check out, the housekeeper was 2 doors away. She couldn't have missed them. It's a big table and had only a lamp on it. I don't see how it's possible for someone OTHER than housekeeping could have taken it.

It was so cute, the staff was excellent, the manager was so friendly and helpful and all the staff was great. Beds were comfy and everything was clean and felt safe, was just a bit dated.

Not the safest area
Beware the hotel property is about a mile from the projects and need be aware of your surroundings at all times. Under the bed was dead cockroaches. The side bench to sit was very dirty underneath. Outdoor pool was the highlight and clean. Beach towels were provided to use at the pool.

Really impressed with the property and the staff were all very nice. Room was clean, A/C worked well, bed was comfortable, parking was easy and it's well located so that you can walk anywhere downtown. I will definitely be back and would recommend.

Great check-in experience, lots of parking (free), and a super-cute hotel. 5 minutes from the convention center and 1 minute from a bus stop. The 1950s Chattanooga kind of decor and feel is great. Staff are very friendly. My room was pretty basic but clean & had everything I needed.

Our room sink was not working properly at all. When we call the front desk, rather than moving us to another room, they sent a maintenance guy. He finally came and was very pleasant. He finally fixed it but we had to stay in the room the whole time while he was fixing and the room stunk like a sewage during and afterward. People were always smoking outside rooms in the hallway. It was just not the comfortable stay at all.

Property was clean. Bathroom and some spots needed minor repair but was otherwise in great shape compared to how old the building is. Homeless milling around the area but it's downtown so expected. None observed on the property.
