Room was very loud. You could see light and hear everything from the massive gap under the door. Floors were disgusting in our room. Definitely not mopped. Bathroom was gross. You could hear every toilet when it flushed. Couldn’t believe our room was $150 a night. What a dump. Should have been 1/2 that price! Very disappointing. Will never stay there again!!

Property was perfect. Excellent customer service, clean rooms. The FREE shuttle stop at the property was Key. The restaurant/Bar was top shelf and had craft cocktails. I thought being close to the Highway would be loud, but it was very quiet.

I love this hotel. The staff is always accomadating. They provide breakfeast. Muffins and cereal. There is a bar downstairz. The beds are super comfortable. When i come to chattanoga i always stay here. Your close to ruby falls and you can explore downtown.

The staff is friendly, the restaurant/ bar has yummy food and drinks, the pool is nice, parking is free, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are cute and comfortable.
