Our family stay at the hotel so we could go to a Jamey Johnson concert. The room was nice and comfortable. We have stayed here before and we will stay here again in the future. Easy access to the interstate.

We only stayed one night but it was very nice. The room was great and had plenty of room to put all our stuff and relax. Nice little balcony overlooking the pool as well. The pool was great (kids loved it) and the breakfast was an awesome added bonus. Good food, great selection of hot food and baked goods as well as beverages. I would definitely stay again.

We didn't even stay here but I can still share our experience. In the parking lot junkies were approaching cars and guests asking for money, food, or anything they could give. That made us incredibly nervous. We ended up having an emergency that made us need to check out less than 10 minutes after getting a key. We did enter the room. The sheets had what looked like liquid stains on them. Either way we told the front desk about what happened (the emergency) and she called her manager to see if she could approve a refund. The man in the phone apparently said it was fine but that it would need to go through expedia. I immediately contacted them. 3 days later they are claiming the hotel is denying the conversation occured. I don't know if this is an issue with the employees at the hotel or with expedia but it's ridiculous. I still don't have a refund and no one at expedia is willing to help. I will never book at this hotel again but I will also never use expedia again.

The guy at the front desk was nice and this is nothing to do with him. The hotel tho was disgusting and bug infested. There was no A/C. Shady people around the hotel and coming into the lobby.
