Jewel at Check In was great. Friendly and fast service. Great breakfast and surprise free dinner. We didn’t know that as we had an appt at Rubys at 6 so we didn’t get to take advantage of that. Super clean and new place. Only drawback was bed was too soft for my taste but that was personal. Not sure why would anyone get a bed that would wake up your partner as you move. Location was great close to everything. Highly recommend.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. The food was amazing. Offered an amazing breakfast. Great appetizers during the happy hour. Drinks could’ve been a little stronger but overall great experience. Drury has won itself a new customer.

We checked in near 6:30pm & the man checking us in told us to not bring in our belongings because they had free dinner available & it was going to close soon. Food was great & included in our stay. The hotel is super clean, pool & hot tub are nice too. The room was nice, everything was clean & the bathroom was a larger size than normal. We stay at Drury Inns often so this was an nice update. However, our ONLY complaint was that out of the 3 elevators only 1 was working so there was constantly a line waiting for the elevator. The rolling luggage carts are shaped a little smaller than others so we had to make 2 trips to the car (not a big deal at all but worth mentioning to plan trips). We are a family of 4 plus 2 dogs. Everything was comfy and the room floor was large enough to put up our pop-up crate. After getting dinner & settling into the room my husband & son went down to get us waters & some complimentary popcorn. When they were in line to go on the elevator (with the employee who had checked us in) one of the other elevators opened and started taking people. When It returned the employee, my son & hubby all got on. The elevator started to go to the 2nd floor & then stopped. They got stuck in the elevator for 35-45 minutes. Firetruck came out & removed them all. Everyone was safe & we laughed & made the best of it. (I mean, at least they had waters and popcorn lol) The hotel really compensated us for this & apologized. Breakfast was great too. We will return for sure.
