First I want to say the staff are fantastic and clearly work very hard. There were several great breakfast options for everyone. The room could use a little maintenance, a blackout shade, and possibly a sound machine/ fan. There was a little what appeared to be mold in the shower. Still a great shower. I also loved the Brita water bottle filler. Loved the options of the kitchenette and microwave! The bedding and towels could use an upgrade. For what I paid it was WELL worth the price, even for the staff alone.

Check in was a not so great experience. The BBQ lady did not know how to separate our rooms for individual pay. Also my card was charged 3 times. But the young guy who eventually helped us, (Chris was his name), help to straighten everything out. So because of him I would recommend this hotel.

We came to Chattanooga to visit our nephew on the Nina & Pinta Caravel ships at Ross Landing Park. It took about 15-20 minutes to get there. Everything at the hotel was clean & organized. The front desk staff were very friendly & professional. It seemed as if they really enjoyed their job, & cared about giving their customers a great experience! The breakfast was tasty & fresh, with real dishes and silverware. (We've been in hotels where there's only styrofoam plates & plasticware). Elevator was clean too! Bathroom was spotless, plenty of towels. Kitchenette had silverware & coffee cups, Keurig machine. Small fridge. After reading reviews for some of the other local hotels, we're glad we picked this one. A nice surprise when we turned on the TV. (See pic) Highly recommended!

clean and spacious. comfortable beds but sheets were a bit scratchy. Breakfast made to order was good. Gym was very nice. Quite a few men who appeared to be living in the hotel while working in the area

We booked a room for one night as a layover for a longer trip. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the location, conditions, comfort and cleanliness. We even overslept!

Overall a good stay
Hotel is super clean. Super quiet at night. We were on the 3rd floor & we heard NO noise either night. Pillows need an upgrade. Extremely thin and no substance to them. Mattress hurt my back but nothing i couldn't handle. Breakfast was lacking. We were unable to eat bc all they had was sausage. Not everyone likes sausage! I saw lots of bread options, but no waffles? Pancakes? Bacon? We left and ate breakfast out, Waffle House one morning and Cracker Barrel the second morning. Id stay again d/t the cleanliness, but id pack my pillow from home and i would know theres no breakfast!
