Enjoy two private entrances, four bedrooms, a full kitchen, a wet bar, 2.5 bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. The private rooftop deck is the perfect spot to take in views, exercise, or watch the sunset.

LOCATION: The Penthouse is located on the 2nd floor of a remodeled 100-year-old building in the rapidly redeveloping Southside neighborhood of Chattanooga. Restaurants, bars, and boutique shops are all minutes away by car.

Our lovely penthouse is located 1 mile from Main Street, 3 miles from Downtown and 3 miles from Glen Falls Waterfall on Lookout Mountain. A super short car trip, and you are in the heart of all the action.

Our penthouse is located on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs. We believe the short climb is worth the experience we offer.

PRIVATE ROOFTOP DECK: Walk upstairs to the beautiful rooftop deck and enjoy sweeping views of the Downtown and Lookout Mountain. You can eat, drink, relax, or stretch on mats up in the treetops.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Relax Chattanooga offers one large 1,660 sq. ft. penthouse with a private rooftop deck. You will receive both the King & Queen Suite and Broad Street Suite, united by a pocket wall that you can open, or leave closed for privacy during your stay.

The Entire Luxury Penthouse sleeps up to 12 people with 2 king rooms, 1 queen room, 1 twin trundle room, 1 queen sleeper sofa in 1st living room, and a twin trundle in the 2nd living room. A crazy cool shower, a really big tub, and a super cute powder room are all amazing as well.

Downtown noises can be heard from the front bedrooms, but we supply earplugs and a sound machine for light sleepers.

KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM: The open concept kitchen and living space are flooded with natural light from the skylight, day and night, peacefully bringing the outdoors in and providing you with a serene area to gather and entertain.

This suite has all of the amenities of a home such as stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, high-def Roku TV, and high-speed internet.

Head out and wander through the nearby farmers’ market and pick up local ingredients to later craft a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Our open concept kitchen is great for cooking (and eating)!

We provide pots, pans, plates, glasses, utensils, and all the essentials you'll need for a proper meal. We offer a blender, toaster, waffle iron, and many more necessary items for cooking.
Pull up a seat at the kitchen peninsula, dining room table, or comfy couch for a board game or coffee and conversation. You'll comfortably be able to sit ten people in the kitchen, plus more on the couch for a good time.

BATHROOMS: We offer three different bathrooms with plenty of great lighting for makeup, and full-length mirrors in the bedrooms for getting dressed, and enough room for everyone to get ready for a night on the town.

SPA: Our luxury retreat sits atop Good Fortune Soap & Spa where you can book facials, massages, and shop handmade all natural products downstairs.

THINGS TO DO NEARBY: We are only a few hundred feet from the TN Riverwalk, a beautiful walk/bike trail that leads to downtown on the river. You can rent bikes nearby and cruise the Riverwalk, one of the reasons Chattanooga was voted the best city to live (twice).

We also have three Roku televisions with Netflix for those who want to stay inside and chill.

FREE PARKING: We offer free street parking or any 4 parking spots in our free parking lot behind the building. Please NO parking at Ace Hardware (during store hours). We suggest you have a car or use an uber to get around town. As in any town, please remember to remove your belongings, and lock your doors.
