I loved everything about The Hotel Chalet. The staff was so nice and the gentleman that brought my bags to my room was so kind and very helpful. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was so comfortable. The bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay there when we come back to Chattanooga. Thank you for being so friendly.

Extremely walkable to the area around the Choo Choo. We didn’t drive the entire trip after parking. Many restaurants and bars around. Nicely decorated interior gives vintage 20s vibes. Bed very comfortable and nice linens.
