The agent at the check-in was courteous and helpful. The room is much smaller than shown on the picture. The shuttle service was terrible: no agent directed and helped to make sure customers getting into the shuttle in an orderly fashion; the agent and one of the passengers getting into verbal flight; embarrassing for the other passengers.

Unfortunately, we had very limited time in this hotel because of our very early flight the next morning. Despite this, we had a lovely stay. The staff were very nice although it would have been great to have coffee in the room because due to our early flight, we weren't able to have the breakfast.

Great value, very modern, close to the airport with a free shuttle and another free shuttle takes you to the local metro station. Buffet breakfast was the best I had in Hong Kong or China. Would stay again.

Rooms are small but clean. Fairly easy to get to from the airport (i took a train ride). Front desk staff weren't particularly pleasant or welcoming but i suspect the guest ahead of me wasn't very nice.
