No bar and English was not widely used by any staff member and no maps or tour information at all. The Chinese theatre opposite the hotel was excellent though and a short 20 minute walk to the Anshu Bridge.

Had a grwat stay at the grand parcvue. The location is easily accessible via metro if using. Good central location for easy access to various parts of chengdu. The rooms are fully stocked and the bed is quite comfy!

Very Satisfied with My Stay!
I recently stayed at this hotel and would like to especially thank the front desk staff, Tina and Queena. Since I was on a late-night flight, they were very understanding of my situation and kindly helped me with a late check-out, allowing me to arrange my schedule more comfortably. Additionally, during check-in, the handsome curly-haired gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to help me adjust two rooms to be next to each other and even opened the connecting door, making it easier for us to care for the elderly. Furthermore, the gentleman at the entrance, Mr. Xiong, was extremely helpful. He proactively assisted me in loading all four heavy pieces of luggage into the car, which greatly relieved my burden. His warm service made me feel very comfortable. Overall, the service quality of the hotel is outstanding, and my stay was very enjoyable. I am truly grateful and look forward to coming back next time!

Singapore brand. Even 12 years building but very good condition like new. Good location - near shopping centre , tourist spot, transport and a lot foods. Amazing seafoods market for inland which kudo to China transport system which western countries unable to beat in another 30 to 60 years. Overall great price and good stay vs others international 5 stars hotel. Breakfast are good.

This property has the nicest beds for me. Just the right firmness and I was very well rested throughout my stay. The property has great facilities which is great for young families. Indoor heated pool, gym, table tennis, yoga room? pickleball court, 2 playgrounds (the indoor playground is completely childproof so you can be sure your little ones will be safe playing in there.) The property also has robots which can deliver goods straight to your doorstep. If you're not around, delivery riders can leave them at the reception or at lockers situated just outside the property. Room service is also impeccable. They provide bottled water daily upon request. And staff are friendly and generous with supplies. All in all, this place feels like home and I really enjoyed my stay here.

The location is terrific - very close to Tianfu Square and Metro line 1. The staff helped us with taxis for the longer excursions such as to Dujiangyan. The pool amenities are very comfortable and housekeeping is very responsive.
