When we made the reservations, there was no indication that our room was in a different tower than we parked. We were told that the tower was a mile away and had to either walk or drive to get there with our luggage in tow. Also, our room in Cherokee tower had limited hot water which was annoying

Overall, very nice resort. However, check in was very chaotic with no employees helping to manage the guest lines. It took me 1.5 hours of standing in line to check in. All the restaurants were understaffed and had run out of a lot of food choices by dinner time. My room wasn’t cleaned until I requested that it be cleaned on the 4th day of my stay. Nice facility, but poorly managed.

The dining options outside of the marketplace are QUITE expensive. Restaurants off campus are charming and less expensive. BUT, for $500/nt I would expect that more than 2 of 6 elevators would be working! Very inconvenient! Property is very expansive and not very walkable, and it's troublesome to arrange "shuttle" service (which really doesn't exist but the staff tries to be accommodating). Overall, unless you really love to gamble, not worth the money.
