From check in to check out, everything was amazing! Super friendly staff! Very helpful as well! The rooms were clean and quiet! We will make this our go to stay when in Cherokee! 10/10 will recommend!

Excellent place to stay to explore the Smokie Mountains. Room was super clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast each morning was great. A really great place to stay!

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The AC was good and cold and the front desk staff was delightful to interact with. Holly was warm and inviting to us as we were arriving from many miles riding and wet from the journey.

Booked room....arrived just after 10pm. Check in process was moderately normal. As for walking into a room high in temperature. Then to find a cockroach. Had me uneasy. As for the area and property, seems outdated and bland. Breakfast was okay! Nothing to complain about or rave about 😆. As for the hotel, it could use an update, especially for the cost.

The only issue was our room had ants but I had ants at home so we didn’t make a big deal about it. Unable to get fourth pillow room only had three and the desk stated they were out and I could check the next day but I was so tried when returning to hotel I just let it be. Overall a great experience

The staff was fantastic! Place is a bit rundown. The pillows are awful.The pool was great. Good value for the money. Looking forward to coming back…with my own pillow lol

Price right…room broken furniture

Bed was comfortable. Rooms were quiet. Furniture had chips, draws broken, sink broken and glued together. Room felt broken down, really needs some tender loving care. Room staff not friendly at all….no response when talked to.
