The Space:
Queens Road is located in Vicars Cross, 10 minute drive from Chester city centre. With easy access from the M56 and ring roads, it is also ideally located for Chester Zoo, Cheshire Oaks Designer Shopping Outlet as well as access into North Wales. Local shops and amenities are a 2 minute walk, including a park and children’s playground and locally renowned Chinese take away. There is off road parking as well as plenty of on road parking in the vicinity.
The property comprises 4 bedrooms over 3 floors, one with ensuite as well as a contemporary family bathroom and downstairs WC. With a comfortable living and dining area as well as a kitchen with additional seating, this is the perfect place for families or groups to get together, as well as offering a clean and tidy workspace for business travellers.
