The rooftop pool n gym are fabulous but with no wash clothes and absolutely no HOT water the bathroom was useless. Also, no minifrig or microwave....who doesn't have this in this day and age? The staff was wonderful and the room and bed were lovely and parking safe and excellent.

We arrived and we always ask for 5th floor. We haves stayed here everyv6 weeks for the past 2 1/2 years and at 4:30 when we checked in our room wasn’t ready. The rooms seem to be not as clean as they used to be. Things in floor toilet paper stickers on wall etc. NO hit showers and this is the 4th time for that in rooms not in 5th floor. Very dis satisfied!!!!!

This is a nice hotel from the outside and from the lobby as well. The hallways are spotless, but what really disappointed to me was coming in and seeing dirty curtains. It looks like bugs were smashed on them, and the curtains were just left up, which looked really gross. Issue, left some important diabetic medication at the hotel because they would not supply a refrigerator and I had to store it in the bar fridge. And I’ve sent them correspondence to send it over and they do not reply to emails or even acknowledge them and that is the biggest turn on.

We booked Fiesta Inn via Orbitz as 2adults/1child and got a price we liked, but at check in we had to pay extra for a child. Then the total wasn't what we expected. There was continental breakfast included , however, only for 1 person. We didn't have hot water in the shower. It wasn't our first stay there,but first time we were not happy there.
