The pictures lied, deceived in the postings. Place was filthy. One may perceived there might be bedbags...we waiting n chkd to make there weren't any bed bugs. Paying 126.00 is over priced. I couldn't sleep because of my anxieties of the room. I started to think i was given this room intentionally because of my race but then i don't want to play the race card. Please get rid of that ugly, dirty chair, at least!

Didn't stay a the property. Rooms were NOTHING like what was shown on Expedia. I asked to see the rooms before checking in, tub was dirty, rooms were old (photos on Expedia were renovated rooms)... asked the manager that I wanted rooms liked pictured on Expedia. He said all the rooms are the same and photos haven't been updated in some time.. He refused to show me other rooms. He wouldn't let me take photos either. I called Expedia for Help.. the Manager refused to refund my money. He wouldn't talk to me because I called Expedia. I will contact Quality Inn Corporate for a refund. I was NEVER so disrespected before.

The Quality Inn was a good place to stop for a quick overnight on a road trip. The room was very clean, but everything was a bit worn and shabby. Breakfast offering were very sparse. Staff was excellent and friendly, even with a late arrival.

The hotel was fine! It is near a very busy truck service area which is interesting. The staff and place was quite good. Their complementary breakfast is slim pickings and would be better advertised as a grab and go. breakfast.

The none-smoking room smelled strong order of cigarette smoke. Also, the arm chair was gross, full of stains. Put towels over it so we didn’t have to see it.

Acceptable but needs help
The room was acceptable. The bathroom fixtures looked very worn. The breakfast was disappointing as there was no eggs or yogurt. There was no staff to monitor the breakfast area, to keep it stocked. Also, it is right next to a truck stop so there is a lot of outside noise.

Hotel was great front desk not so much
We came to Cheyenne for Frontier Days we stayed 7/26-7/28. We was traveling as a family. I called a few months ahead to pay my half, and when we checked in my mom was going to pay her half. When we went to check in the front desk clerk did not confirm which card we wanted to use and charged my card again. He did not once confirm the type of payment, or did not tell me the amount he charges. He said he does not think he can give a refund. Already a bad taste in my mouth after that. The actual hotel itself was nice, clean, and comfortable. The day of check out we left at 3am because we had a long drive back home and yet another front desk staff was asleep on the lobby couch. Makes you feel real safe when the person on duty is sound asleep snoring.
