The lobby is under renovation, so almost no lobby area. Room is spacious enough, they provide everything you can think of. Mini bar over priced. Laundry service was over priced, compared with the other hotel I stayed in Chiang Mai Location is great though.

Great area, there are plenty of bars restaurants and Cafes nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable, with many areas to sit. However, the main drawback was the lack of sitting areas in the public areas. The breakfast was nothing to shout home about but it was free.

Lovely little hotel in Nimman area
Lovely hotel in the Nimman area. Pleasant rooms, super-friendly staff and good food. Surrounded by nice cafes, bars amd restaurants. My only note is that breakfast is a bit limited if you are a foreigner. They have so much Thai and Asian custom, a lot of the warm options are Asian-oriented, like noodles. As is often the case with local hotels, the westerm hot option is omelets plus horrible ham and cocktail sausages. They miss the mark with muesli (low quality) and yoghurt (cheap, packaged and sweetened). However, there are lots of other places you can eat breakfast. Overall I do really really like this hotel.
