剛到步的時候心想，慘了⋯⋯一定會喂蚊子食飽飽，竟然住咗兩晚，寧靜無比，蚊子一隻也見不到，太感恩了^^水壓非常好，熱水非常夠熱，不過如果想放滿浴缸就應該未必夠熱水，reception那個靚女姐姐非常好禮貌，非常好笑容，把關於房間的所以都解釋得好清楚，第二日外出見到佢，會關心我們昨晚睡得好嗎？熱水夠熱嗎？非常細心，值得讚許^^到早餐了，豐盛無比，美味可口，每日早上都飽到食完要立刻小睡片刻^^床非常好瞓，軟硬適中，枕頭有軟供選擇^^最好係可以在房間花園嘆煙仔，曬吓太陽，今次住宿體驗100分，好開心，還未離開清邁已經想再入住了

The most beautiful place to stay, we had the best and most relaxing time! The staff were amazing, so kind and welcoming, and the room itself was incredible. Our room was beautifully decorated for our anniversary and the floating breakfast was the best experience. The location was also perfect, with a 7-11 just up the road. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to end our trip! Thank you so so much ❤️

we absolutely loved our stay at arun dara villas. the place was in the best location just down the road from the massive sunday night market and 30 metres from a 7-eleven was super handy! the accomodation was amazing with lots of space inside, a gorgeous luxury bathroom with the best shower we’ve ever tried and the private pool was used a fair bit too. we loved our stay so much and will definitely be back, however we would like to add the bath seemed to need a bit repairs as the bath stopped filling up after a while and the water pressure was significantly worse than the power shower, this had absolutely no negative affect on the place whatsoever we would just like to make the staff aware. special thanks to N̂ả from reception who didn’t stop helping us from the moment we asked until she retrieved my lost phone from a grab, absolute lifesaver. thank you to Arun Dara villas for such a wonderful time it was truly special!

We loved our stay! Walking into the room was a lovely surprise! Lovely high beamed ceilings, huge bed with a huge bath! Spotless all round! The pool was lovely to cool off after busy days in the heat, I can’t compliment the Staff enough! They were super friendly and so helpful, Breakfast was absolutely lovely and so well pretended! Plenty of choice and lots to fill you up to start the day, loads of restaurants and shops on your door step, thank you to all at Arun Dara Villa for a memorable stay

Absolutely amazing stay. My husband and I fell under the weather and the staff were incredible. They brought us bottles of water nearly every morning. Their level of hospitality is unmatched and it really made our stay very pleasant. We will for sure return to this location in the future!

The door to the outdoor private pool has a large gap in it. This is why the mosquitos are so prevalent here and much less of a problem at other resorts nearby. The air conditioning also doesnt cool the room because of the angle its at and the door gap. The door gap also decreases the eco-friendliness because energy is wasted trying to cool the room. We had to leave a few hours after arrival and book a same day hotel elsewhere because the mosquitos and heat were such a problem.The staff were helpful but that does not fix the massive construction problems. This place has so much potential but I would not stay here unless I knew it had underwent complete renovation.

Such a luxurious stay for our honeymoon! The pool was chilly but it felt nice on the really hot days. It was nice that breakfast was included and dropped off at a specified time and the owner recommended some different activities for us that we ended up loving! Chiang Mai ended up being our favorite part of the trip due to the activities, scenery, and night market.

We couldn't have asked for a better location or friendlier staff. They truly went above and beyond for all our needs. The room was gorgeous as well. The only true complaint we have is that the toilet never flushed correctly and the mattress is very very firm which made sleeping a little uncomfortable and made us very sore in the morning. That being said, I'd still recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone and would definitely come again. Don't sleep on this place! It's a gem.

The room was big, had a high ceiling, and was very clean. Breakfast was very generous and delicious and service was great. The only thing is the actual room looks different from the photos, the design and textures used in the room were very mixed and confusing, so if you are someone who looks out for room design, you might want to take note of this point. Location is not so great as well.

Disappointing honeymoon
I was really looking forward to staying in this hotel due to the photos of the pool and giant soaking tub. Unfortunately the private pool is mostly shaded throughout the day so the water never warms up and it was way too cold for my partner and I to swim in. We only got thigh deep before giving up. The tub was a huge disappointment as well. The water pressure is low so it takes about an hour to fill, and the water isn’t hot, just warm, so by the time the tub is full, you have a giant tub of tepid water. Staff even switched our rooms because we complained about it, and it seems like all of the 8 rooms suffer from this underpowered tub plumbing (another guest called our room by accident trying to reach the front desk to complain about tepid slow water). The hotel photographs well, but for the price, it doesn't measure up In person. On our last night our power and water went out for a few hours (while I was shampooing my hair) the staff said sorry and brought us a handful of tea candles, but there was no real apology or offers of recompense. The next day when we checked out, the desk clerk asked us to wait until she checked the room, I can only imagine she was checking to make sure we didn’t steal anything, the listed replacement prices of things such as slippers are exorbitant. In short, we had a great time in Chiang Mai, the hotel didn’t ruin our trip, but we’ll never stay here again.

Loved having a plunge pool... but it would have been better if it were warmed... it was slightly too cool in December to take advantage of it but I bet it's so very worth it during the hot season!
