Good location and great buffet breakfast for both westerners and asians. Hotel and rooms are very clean and in new condition. Not sure I’m crazy about the open concept bathroom and room but not a deal breaker. Gym facilities were well equipped with plenty of free weights and machines.

Set apart from the main street, this hotel provides a quiet calm space. Its relatively new and spacious. The bar and dining area has a nice open feature. The food and beverage staff esp Kookae is especially attentive and the F&B manager provided us with good local options for dining which was excellent. Easy walking distance to mall and good dining options around the place. definitely recommend if visiting chiangmai on business.

Staff and people around is super friendly… the service is amazing… the breakfast was a little bit expensive and the internet in the room was not the best… but we like the hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is great!!!

This is primarily a business and transit hotel. Prior to booking we checked most recent reviews and did not fathom this. Just be aware that it's right under the flight path (loud) and also for the money there are infinite better options for tourists who may appreciate a better location and general traditional hotel ambience. During our trip we stayed in far nicer hotels for a lot less money. We expected a little more from an Accor hotel such as the Novotel and wanted our last 2 nights in Chiang Mai to be somewhere nice. But this is not a resort hotel. So our miss judgement. Staff were very accomodating Finally, the walls are paper this and you can here every little noise from neighbours, even several rooms away. Lol. This should mot be Novotel standard. Even $50p/n stays in old Chiang Mai vintage guesthouses had better wall insulation. Lol again.

Great, we love the stay. Breakfast was great. The pool, rooms and the location are awesome. Very close to shopping and markets.

Staff were great, friendly, however management and or Accor seriously need to look at what they are offering under the Novotel brand in this location.Facilities are lacking, swimming pool on roof with tiny area and no option to get out of sun, terrace rooms are just a table and chairs tucked under a giant construction fence, with very little shade, lots bird mess, not cleaned before or during my stay and upstairs guests ashing cigarettes down onto table and chairs which management allowed to continue after being alerted to it. Breakfast buffet seriously lacking in choice and quality. Certainly not what I expected from past experiences with the Novotel brand. Again not a reflection on staff, definitely a reflection on Accor.
