Honestly, might of been better if I dodnt get on the floor where smoking is allowed. The hallway smelled really bad. The walls had dents all over the place to include the fridge. Its a very practical hotel though and not expensive. They do have a decent public bath but you cant go if you have a lot of tattoos. You need to be able to cover your tattoos with two stickers i think 12cm or something. Theybare free at the counter but if you have a sleeve, ir multiple tattoos, thats a no go. Elevators are not good. Two of them go to like 50 floors. They are so fast if you dont jump in, it will take off, and you have to wait another 5 or 10 minutes again.

Easy access between Narita and the hotel with keisei bus 1200 yen, and the hotel offers shuttle bus to near JR station in the morning. Even if you don’t take the shuttle bus, you can walk to the station about 12-15 minutes.

It’s nice for a one night stay. Although, the staff seemed stressed and lacked having a smile on their face. The bathtub in room 1212 was a bit dirty and the case for the soaps is broken. But free movies which is great for my kids. The foreign staff at their restaurants are friendly and nice.

Property was great however we did not have a beach, so I figure the pool would be available ,it was not . Rooms are too small to put 3 beds in it . Two bed is enough and individuals would just have to figure it out .

The property is starting to show its age. I imagine it was wonderful in the 80’s. No non-smoking rooms were available. Staff spoke almost no English. Check in was challenging. The Japanese style Public bath was great.
