A decent spot for a small group
My friends and I stayed here during a music festival held at SeatGeek Stadium. Check in was simple via the host who was warm and welcoming. She communicates clearly, is very responsive, and was helpful. The place was clean with a good amount of space and comfortable beds. One thing to note is that the kitchen is small with very limited seating/room for eating. If you plan on having more than 4 people and cooking, you may want to plan on eating out or bringing a small table plus a couple of extra chairs. If you simply need a local spot to sleep at the end of the day or hang out while getting ready, this is a great place. Parking is limited because the parking lot is shared with small businesses downstairs with only 4-5 spots available. This means you may need to park on the street during the day and move your car into a spot overnight either behind or adjacent to the building. My only real gripe which I'm sure will be resolved in the future is one of the bathrooms (the large one with a standing only shower) had a draining issue leaving you to stand in a puddle after just a few minutes of showering. The other bathroom works fine though. I don't ever expect everything to be perfect wherever I stay and the hosts overall kindness and other benefits of the place let me easily overlook the shower issue.
