It was a simple place to stay for a low price, can't beat that when you are travelling on a budget. It wasn't complicated at all to book, staff was very responsive to phone calls, quick check in and out. Overall, no complaints and great place.

It was the WORST hotel i ever booked! Never again am i going to book at this hotel again! Front desk clerk was unprofessional and didn't know what she was doing. She was even on her personal phone upon arrival and during checking in. Hotel it's self smell bad and room had a bad smell. The room that was giving to my friends and i was like going into HELL because it was so hot. Even after me being in there with the AC being turned on. Had to switch rooms. Outside is so gross and fested with rats, skunks, and rabbits. I swear it was a walking into the most dirty petting zoo for the homeless. I WILL NEVER EVER BOOK AGAIN WITH THIS GARBAGE HOTEL AGAIN. IM GONNA BE SUPER NICE AND SAY IF ANYONE BOOK AT THIS HOTEL YOU ARE GONNA FEEL SO DIRTY AFTER YOU CHECK OUT! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. IT WAS A LAST MIN THING FOR US TO MAKE THIS BIGGEST MISTAKE!

Do not stay here!
Started not to good with charging my card for $100 instead of just taking the number. One elevator that barely fits 2 people. Hallways and lobby were really warm. Room ok but had like a window AC. Breakfast was terrible! Coffee was like mud and old and no eggs. We went across the street for breakfast. Will not be back!

Don’t go here and don’t use Hotels.com
This place is filthy! Horrible smell as soon as you walk in the side door by parking. The carpeting in halls and the room is filthy dirty. The room had huge spider webs in the corners. See photo! The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. We checked out the next day but they refused to refund us because we reserved for 3 nights. Hotels.com finally obtained one night refund but I don’t b think I will use them again. They only saved us $10.00 per night but it’s non refundable. It’s better book direct with the hotel.

I did not like this hotel at all. The area around the elevator smells very bad. Breakfast was terrible. They clean the rooms every three days , Ihave never seen that before.

When I called the hotel to order my shuttle from the airport when I asked where they would pick me up the counter attendant’s accent was so bad I had to ask several times what she was saying. She could have texted me the directions to Door 2C. Also when I walked to my hotel room there was a strong smell of cooked cabbage in the hall. Quite disgusting.

Concerned to see vomit in the hallway with a caution sign over it (not cleaned up), dark hallways, broken and clogged bathtub, and policies that don't allow anyone to linger in the lobby and the requirement to pay an extra $100 deposit at check-in and to have to wait during check-out while your room is examined. This place is worn out, more like a motel, and seemingly unsafe (and unclean). I will not return and suggest you avoid it.

We selected the property because you can park your car long term for Chicago airport for inexpensive rate. No shuttle was supposed to be provided but there was one there. Another plus! Outside of hotel is not welcoming but the rooms had newer carpet and were clean. Staff for check in and out were very friendly. Hotel was quiet and beds comfortable and clean.

Air conditioning in my room wasn’t working, it was hot and that made it really difficult to sleep. I booked this after having a flight cancelled at O’Hare and was really hoping to just get a few hours of sleep so I was disappointed by that. However, it was cheap and the front desk staff was helpful even though she appeared extremely busy. Room itself was clean, a bit outdated.

The 100 dolar deposit is very anoying more due to the fact that they say that between 2 or 3 business days they refund, plus the air shuttle is very limited
