Newly renovated 2 bedroom-unit located in one of Chicago's most popular neighborhoods with endless options of shopping, dining, and entertainment. You're in walking distance to Lake Michigan, Lincoln Park Zoo, Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, Chicago History Museum, St. Michael's Church, and many other historical attractions. The famous Magnificent Mile, Rush & Division, and the Cubs stadium are just short Uber ride away. Hurry and book this awesome unit and make your Chicago trip a memorable stay.

The unit is not underground but on street level (Walk through front gate and unit front door is to the right side on the street level. ) The whole unit is in one level with 6 large windows providing ample sunlight and street view

2 Keys are in a lockbox by the railing closest to the front door. Lost keys to replace lock is $350 and so please don't loose the keys. Please return all keys when you checkout back to the box

FyI- The dates are blocked off as soon as dates are booked. Therefore the place is available if it shows as available on the booking calendar.

The only option to book is through VRBO with a credit card. Any form of check certified, cashier's, personal are not accepted. There will be no response on this type of inquiries regarding availability and check acceptance policies.

Landmark Inn
Wonderful stay at the Landmark. Friendly staff, spotless cozy room, great fire pit for fireside evenings with other guests and wonderful food. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Cooperstown!

The garage parking was a mistake on brochure. there is free parking on the street if you can find one. I couldn't find one until the night before we left. the unit is very nice and modern. the unit above is being renovated. they work on it even on Saturday night until 11 pm. we couldn't even have a conversation or sleep it was so loud. they could have a cute patio if was clean up. very, very dirty! the only thing going for it is the location and the unit in is very nice!

Great Spot in Lincoln Park
Loved the location of this apartment in Lincoln Park. It is a close walk to great restaurants, bars, and lake. Apartment is clean and Rich, the PM, quickly responds to all inquiries. The weather was beautiful when we visited in July and we would have loved to enjoy the patio but it was covered with debris from a recent storm. The apartment is very quiet despite being located on a busy street. The only noise is from upstairs tenant moving chairs around at mealtimes. Apartment was well stocked with supplies: shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, toilet paper. The only thing missing that we would have appreciated was paper towels and a starter supply of coffee. We would stay at this property again.

Amazing Everything
For starters, the owner Rich, is absolutely amazing to work with. We had an awful experience in a different location and ended up with no where to stay. Rich stayed up until almost midnight helping us book this apartment for the next day. The location is in a great neighborhood. He responded to all questions quickly and was super nice about everything. We are coming back in the winter and will definitely stay here. Best vacation we have had in 15 years.

Quiet and great location
In the middle of Lincoln Park, great walking neighborhood and bedrooms in back of unit - making them also quiet. CVS across street convenient and lots of CTA bus lines pass nearby making it cost effective and efficient to get around the city. Enjoy!
