Everyone needs a raise

I loved how they let ys get our stuff together and didnt pass judgment especially MJ he and the housekeeping were so good abd so was maintenance. They were very good to us. We were goig through something bad. Our company left us stranded there and they helped us as much as they could with everything. I applaud The hope that they gave us I like the way they treated us the rooms were clean it smell great it wasn't out of date things up in the room it didn't smell like mothballs it's not your typical smelling hotel the rates were great they just helped us so much they wouldn't above and beyond approach and none of this stuff not none of the front desk that have looked at us like we were not human like most hotels do they turn up their nose at you and they treat you really bad even though they don't know what you're going through and it was good to be around that staff when we were going through things and they helped us a lot with everything that gave us a late checkout it was wonderful for the most part I think of if it hadn't been for their patients we would have been more stressed out but I think them very much the whole hotel thank you.

Poor excuse of a hotel. I rented out a room for 4 days and couldn’t even stay a whole night. Doors didn’t work and when I tried to cancel it, they denied me any type of credit or refund even though I during stay there the rest of the nights! They refused to help or acknowledge the problem. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

In side construction began at 9am. I called the front desk to explain I’m staying with them during the day and work at night. The woman at the counter was rude, insulting and insisted the work did not start till after 10 when “most” people are awake! Seriously?!? So I’m paying $100 a night to what? And her response was to sleep at night? Never. Ever. Again!
