Check-in staff was nice, but the first room we were given already had a backpack and luggage in it from another person… Overall, the freeway can be heard all night long from our room. The towels smelled bad.

There was black mold in my room and I told the guy at the front desk and he said he doesn’t have any other rooms available. Black mold is so bad to breathe in. They didn’t try to accommodate me at all

The restaurant inside the hotel had good food, only 1 person waiting on tables and taking payments though. If you are in a hurry don't eat there. Highway is very loud if you sleep on that side of the hotel.

Service desk person not so friendly not informative . The two men that took care of us need customer manners and make us feel welcome at the hotel. When we were checking out the lady at the desk inform us if we want coffee and they also serve breakfast. We didn’t even know until we check out.
