Good for one night. Close to buss stop.
Ok for a one night stay. The breakfast was pretty good with variety of food to choose. The woman, who worked at the front desk was unpleasant. It felt like we bothered her and she wanted to be left alone. The men who we met in the afternoon was extremely nice and professional. The rooms have many issues, especially bathrooms. A lot of repairs should be done. There was no light, shower was licking. The beds were very comfortable.

It was good, the staff was friendly and overall it was great. The train station is nearby. Only the carpet was sticky due to dirt.

A nice upgrade to it and we had no issues. Air conditioning units are powerful so adjust as needed. No extra bedding or blankets in the rooms. Nice little breakfast the next morning and they were able to accomodate us for an early check in.

Staff were very pleasant and the condition of the rooms Is beyond their control. The room was horrible. Stains on the sheets, walls, and curtains. Window air conditioner kept shutting off so the room stayed at about 78 degrees making it impossible to feel comfortable. The water in the shower didn’t work, you can only have scalding hot or freezing cold but even if it would work No one in our party showered because the stains in the shower/tub were so awful. We would have left but there was nothing else available because of Lollapalooza weekend. Debated sleeping in our car but I have 2 teen girls so we just bought bedding at target and put that over the hotel bedding. Never stay here!!!

Very uncleanly. Vents were covered in dust, shower curtain had brown spots all over it, carpet was visibly dirty, and so many other things. The only good thing i can say is there were no bedbugs.

This property was all we needed for our 3 day stay in Chicago. It was especially helpful that the orange line train was a 5-10 minute walk away. Apart from the cigarette smell in the room, it did us well.
