I recently stayed at CitizenM Chicago, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel combines sleek, modern design with functionality and comfort. The lobby feels more like a cozy, stylish living room than a traditional hotel check-in area, filled with vibrant decor, books, and art pieces that set a welcoming tone. The check-in process was seamless thanks to their self-service kiosks, but friendly staff were readily available to assist. The rooms are compact but thoughtfully designed, maximizing every inch of space. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the high-tech room controls, operated via a tablet, allowed me to adjust the lighting, temperature, and even the mood with ease. The hotel’s common spaces, including a well-appointed bar and lounge area, are perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. I also appreciated the 24/7 canteenM, which offered tasty snacks and drinks at all hours. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown Chicago, making it easy to explore iconic attractions, shops, and restaurants.

It's an excellent hotel with fantastic amenities, a great location, and great value! The rooms are small, making them suitable for solo and intimate travel. This is not for a family. The shower door was not shutting fully, causing a bit of flooding. But other than that, it's a fantastic hotel. Breakfast is delicious, and the design is on point! It's very beautiful! I'd recommend to a friend and will stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at CitizenM in downtown Chicago! The hotel was modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. My room was quiet and well-designed, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t have been better—so walkable! I was able to check out all the city’s attractions, from iconic landmarks to great restaurants, with ease. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel was fantastic. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Chicago!
