Our newly gut-renovated 3 bedroom condo is in a classic Chicago building and has high-end features throughout. We're ideally located in one of the most exciting neighborhoods in the city but comfortably appointed so that you won't mind spending a night in. It's in a secure building with room for 6. I provide all the essentials to make your stay easy and comfortable. Toilet paper, soaps, shampoos, towels, linens and even coffee and tea!


Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.


Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.


Anyguest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group. Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.


Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. There may be some street parking available nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the city.


Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.


1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable.

2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property.  Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay.

3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty.

4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.

5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.

6.) Pets are not allowed at the property unless previously approved and pet fee paid. You will be charged $500 if you bring an unauthorized animal.

7.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.

8.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests.  If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.

10.) Lost and Found:  We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you let us know what personal items you are missing we will make an attempt to locate those in our lost and found and have them shipped to you at your own expense. Please be sure to check the home (including all drawers and closets) before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.

* To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay, provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose.

* We do additional verifications using AutoHost after you book and we reserve the right to reject bookings that fail our tests. Additionally, you must have a good track record on Airbnb as a guest.

Flew in for a Cubs game
Me and some buddies flew back to Chicago for a baseball game and a weekend reunion. The apartment fit us 5 really well. There were two really nice, newly remodeled bathrooms, and four beds plus a couch. There was a relatively large kitchen with brand new appliances (but we didn't use it). Wifi worked fine. (Small warning: the apartment is at the bottom of some relatively sharp and narrow stairs, not a big deal for adults but if you have a baby stroller or someone elderly it may be difficult but not life-changing). We were about a 20 minute walk from the blue line. Some of us took the blue line in from Ohare airport, others took about a $50 uber. The neighborhood is great, lots of great restaurants and welcoming bars. Again we took the blue line to Downtown and it was easy to navigate. All in all, extremely pleased with the rental unit, no issues and no unpleasant surprises.

Great place for group of friends
I stayed here with 5 other friends and it was a more than comfortable fit for all of us. Lots of room in the common space and the kitchen was fully stocked. Laundry too! Great, quiet neighborhood full of young couples. Only minor drawback is they didn't have extra linens/ blankets and you could only be in contact with the main management company, Red Awning, who I had to ask to receive check in and check out instructions several days late. Other than that, this place was fantastic!

Great Stay!
Perfect place for our group of 6 to stay. Plenty of room in the living room/kitchen to spread out, and the bed/bathroom situation was great for our group. Perfect access off the interstate for Uber trips downtown. Only had minor difficulty checking in, finding the correct lockbox on the fence and the keys weren't labeled. But easy to overcome. House also had 2 sets of keys which was great for our group.
