This was actually a great property right on E. Wacker Drive, and was within easy walking distance to the River Walk (right across the street), Millenium Park, Navy Pier, Michigan Avenue and had a great Corner Bakery a few doors down. It was also right next door to the London House, where you could dine in style or go to the rooftop bar for drinks and amazing views of the river. The desk attendants were all so very nice and helpful. We had a 'one room suite' with a king bed and couch but also had a giant pillar going through the center of the room which was annoying and took up a lot of space! There was a nice kitchenette with a refrigerator/freezer, 2-burner stove, dishwasher and a multi-use convection oven/bake stove/microwave all in one thing that was amazing. There was also pots, pans, dishes, cups, silverware and a dish drainer, sponge and dish soap. In our room we were given 2 bath towels, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. We asked for more a few days later and they did give us 2 of everything, but if you go, bring your own dish towels as we asked but did not receive those. All in all I would definitely go back again.
