WOULD STAY AGAIN!!!
It was a great room with a River view- the room was stocked with free coffee and a refillable water bottle station on my floor. The king bed was so comfortable , I slept great and so did my husband. Ronnie at the front desk made check in a breeze- the only negative is that I didn't know they had valet parking for only $53.00 and garage parking for $30! I ended up paying $60 at a random parking garage. So a bit more info ahead of time on that would have been helpful:)

Broken elevator leaving only one fire 41 floors of rooms. Staff continued to occupy the elevators causing long lines of people trying to get off their floors. Never saw anyone working on it in three days we stayed. Management laughed when I explained my dissatisfaction. Never staying here again. There is a reason it was cheaper than other hotels. You get what you pay for.

The only thing that I would change is the elevator, they only had one elevator for the top floors. We had to wait for a long time for the elevator going up to our room and down to the lobby.
