Motion detector problem, but resolved
Stayed here two nights. First night had an issue with their upgraded motion detector lights in sink and bath area. They disabled them for us next day. Much better. Glad we could resolve that has we don’t need a light show on the way to toilet.

The staff was great packing us a special breakfast because we had to leave early. It was very frustrating around the desk in the room, not having electrical outlets to be able to charge up my computer without moving big chest. Also, the automatic turn on turn off Lights in the Bathroom are horrible coming on when you get up in the middle of the night. Get rid of those!

The agent was friendly. The bed was comfortable. Nice complimentary breakfast. Does need an upgrade. Very old facility. Water pressure in shower was low. Restaurant right in the parking lot is an amazing perk.

It's a nice little hotel close to the venue where we were attending a concert. Very clean and the friendliest staff.

Went to a concert at Allstate arena and this hotel wasn’t sold out and very affordable. Coming back from the concert the hotel started to get a lot of law enforcement. Due someone not leaving the hotel. parking lot is small. Room was clean and nice only negative is if there’s people smoking outside you can smell it in the room. Our room smelled like marijuana. But overall it’s a good hotel room to sleep.

I was in the hotel biz for 40yrs…..as a GM, F&B, Sales and Hspg. All of your staff were marvelous especially the B-Fast personnel. This hotel is one of the cleanest, well staffed and well trained staff I have ever had the pleasure to stay in……Thank you, I will be back!!
