The staff is very friendly. Complimentary cookies at check-in. Plus complimentary Happy Hour (2 alcoholic) drinks and snacks. Breakfast is also included with our stay. The pool temperature is decent. Great staycation for my family!

Entire staff top notch! Pool and hot tub were terrific and welcome. Our bathroom shower handle was wonky and need repair soon but worked. The rest of the room was great z Breakfast was so-so. Second time here - definitely will stay again. Location perfect for Chicago north suburbs.
