I was very impressed for the price point of the Courtyard Schaumburg/Woodfield hotel. It was worth the small amount more per day for this excellent room. My only complaint is the non-daily house keeping but this has been every hotel since COVID so it is not the location’s fault.

Great place to stay!
Other than needing Mrs to provide ID upon check-in when Mr had credit card & ID with same last name, all was well. Shouldn't have been necessary, in my opinion. Reservation was for 2 adults, 1 child. Who else would it be? Trip and room was wonderful. Pool a little small, but good enough. Located by good restaurants, Woodfield Mall, IKEA, Medieval Times. Great weekend!

Key card issues from bad to worse
Room key didnt work Had to go back down to get a new key made at least 12 times in 3 days Then got a free Breakfast but that night not only did my key not work and my lady peed her pants outside The room waiting for the key but they also forgot to clean our room so at 9:30pm with a crying 2 month old and 2 yr old we had to change rooms Total nightmare

The hotel was in a quiet nice area in walking distance to a lot of different places it was nice and clean inside and out the staff was very nice I liked the restaurant/sitting areas inside and out the bed and pillows wasn’t very soft or comfortable and the tv was too small but other then that I give it a thumbs up I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to others
