I did not care for the pillows or the comfort level of the bed. I literally slept on about 6 pillows after having my room given away due to other complaints from other guests. I had two queen sized beds, but the bed was hard and it honestly felt like if I sat too hard on the bed it would break. The staff was absolutely amazing and did the very best they could to accommodate me! Brenda especially! She's great!

The rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Very close uber ride from downtown Elmhurst.

The only problem with this hotel is one of the elevators wasn’t working, and the other elevator was taking a very long time. I stay here often with my family for weekend getaways
