All of the pillows in the room were "hard." I learned that softer pillows were available when I checked out in the morning. I was told that the softer pillows have feathers and that there are not in the rooms due to possible allergic reactions from guests. It would have been nice to know they were available if that is the case. Most hotels I stay at provide a mix of hard and soft pillows automatically.

The location of the property really couldn't be beat - on the edge of the Market area surrounded by plenty of shops and dining options, and all within easy walking distance. Although the property itself *might* seem a tad run-down when you first get there, it's completely safe (the whole neighborhood is plus it's very dog friendly), quiet, comfortable, and the staff are extremely friendly. And while I wish that the hotel had a shuttle, a taxi can be called and arrived in minutes - plus the staff can tell you how much the cabbie *should* charge you so you don't get gouged. And if you want to do the truly Chicago touristy things, it's only about 15-20 ride (or 30-35 minute walk) away. Will definitely stay here again next time!

The staff makes this place worth it! Friendly and Helpful! The property was clean and I felt safe walking around the area. The noise from the highway gets a little much at night even from the 11th floor, however the view was great. Our last night there must have been a party night a lot of street noises from people so not much sleep, but all in all still worth it!

Very easy to drive to. Traffic around the hotel is not too crazy. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and even more a short drive away. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will stay there again.
