Nice clean safe hotel. The onsite restaurant had a fantastic dinner and a decent breakfast. The fitness center was small but adequate. The pool area was very nice, quite large, and well kept. Staff was nice and welcoming all throughout the facility. Plenty of shopping within walking distance and with no traffic it is just 20ish minutes to the airport or downtown Chicago.

While the facility and staff were great, the room was not very clean. Had to have shower drain cleared to stop runover. It was fixed quickly and professionally. Mold in shower and sheets didn't seem changed. Cookies amazing! Would stay again only if no other option.

This was a very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was large with ample room to move around. Bathroom could have been a bit larger. Not enough room to move around. Bathroom door did not close tight. Had to put the garbage can against door to keep it closed. There was no soft dtink machine on our floor. There was a small concession area near the front desk if you wanted a soft drink, candy or other snacks. Prices were very high. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.
