Dear Manager, My name is J. Abreu, I was there from Sat. 9/20 to Tuesday 9/23 - The room was a corner suite, good condition, bathroom curtain was torn, the tv did not work, and when i ask the front desk staff for water bottle, they were very stingy with the water, remining me that I only get two bottle and if I needed more water to refill in the refill stations. It wasn't until the front desk manager, tall man, ( cant remember his name) that he was very nice and willing to give us as many waters as we wanted as we feel very iffy about refill stations. So, thank goodness for him. There was another lady at the front desk that she went out of her way to help us find a place to have breakfast. She printed out a list of restaurants and all. She was kind and helpful. So, was the luggage handler and caregiver of the luggage locker room. Our room was 720- you might want to check the shower curtain. Breakfast although it was included, did not give out an appetizing vibe as it seems like the food was not properly handled and cleanliness was poor to nothing. Things seem old and deteriorating, not appealing at all. Also, there were three homeless people outside the hotel asking for money.
