Hotel was okay. Air conditioning did not work very well in the room. Every time we called the front desk, no one answered. Maintenance finally showed up 1.5 hours later and it was after 11 pm.

I have stayed at this property at least a dozen times over the years. I was rather disappointed by the front desk staff. I requested a new bottle of shampoo in the bathroom as mine was empty the day I arrived. They said they would take care of it… 3 days later never did… lots of options in Chicago. Not sure I will be coming here for future conferences.

This is a large hotel that has plenty of workers to help and keep the place lovely and pleasant. They also run a free snack/cocktail hour(hours) and breakfast that was well staffed for the large amount of people that go through there. We will definitely come back.
